A few things... (1). Each space is a sixteenth note (e.i. four spaces equal a quarter note) (2). This song uses the regular E,A,D,G,B,E tuning (E,B,G,D,A,E if you prefer) (3). This song sounds nice both w/ an electric (clean) and an acoustic. I'm not sure about a 12-string (cause I don't have one!!!)
