Add a little chorus and a tiny bit'a delay for the keyboard part, the

Play a clean Bm for a bar or two, then, keep a phasing high EQ
fuzzy high gain distortion type sound going on a Bm for a
while and end with a fiddle of the volume on guitar while
feeding back. Put down guitar with 3/4 volume next to amp,
walk off and distress your neighbours with the effects still
squealing!!!

(These are what the effects are called on a Zoom 505!)

Note:
We do have the keyboard part worked out for keyboard, but we
play it with guitar.
