This next riff has to be done very presise. I play it with many fast hammer-ons. (this helps achieve the the weird sound) I think this is the correct way, but if anyone else can do better, try. I know it seems weird at first, but just try it. It is based around some kind of a movable pentatonic scale. Most of this is right, but there are a few mistakes I think. There are many overdubbs and some of it is hard to hear, but most all is correct.
