I play this clean-tone on my electric, with lots of reverb. All the chords are barre chords.
I couldn't figure out a nice way of writing the rhythm, so I didn't. The verson above is one worked out by me and my vocalist, and i am not too familiar with either the CJ or the VU versions, but this is what we do. I humbly offer it for the acoustic guitar mailing list.
